General  policy

In the event of any issues such as receiving incorrect items, please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly. Replacements or refunds may be offered if items are returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are sealed, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. Your satisfaction remains our priority.


Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 72 hours of the expected delivery window, or if products arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours at service @jnrflow.com or WhatsApp:+(44)7500020851.Our team will promptly review your case and arrange a replacement where applicable.


Returning an Order

1. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in mint condition.
3. All original components, parts, and accessories must be included.
4. If a promotional/free item was included, its value may be deducted from the refund if not returned.
5. Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., debit/credit card, PayID, or bank transfer).


Note: If an item has been used, only store credit or a replacement may be offered. Full refunds will not apply. cartgrok reserves the right to determine the condition of any returned item.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, email us at  service @jnrflow.com with your request. We will provide you with an official Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
